Census Forms

Welcome to our community! To get set up, please fill out the proper Census form and drop it in the HOA black box at the clubhouse, or mail it to us if you live off-site, within 30 days of moving into Misty Waters. This is to set up your records and keep track of your residence and any other properties you have stored on-site.

The HOA also needs a census form each September before the October Homeowners meeting. This helps us check your residence records before the Board election. If anything changes during your residence at Misty Waters, please resubmit the form so we can update the internal records.
